Keep the toilets clean and tidy.
Keep ALL pets on a lead at all times.
Put all litter in the bins provided.
Park your cars in the car park provided

Please DO NOT…
Run your engines in the pits.
(YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM THE MEETING WHEN CAUGHT- Health & Safety Rules & Planning Restrictions)
Ride bikes or scooters in the pits. on Saturday OR Sunday
Leave your trolleys in the dummy grid area.
Dispose of your unwanted tyres at the circuit.
Damage the tarmac in the pits in any way - no spikes for your awnings please!!
Park in or Use other peoples pit bays.

Wanted… & Needed for YOUR club!!
The club is run by members for members, so we need you to help to keep your club existing, running race meetings, improve & develop the club for the better. It can take as much time as you want to give, so you can have the satisfaction to say that you have done your contribution to your Club!! SO don't moan & wince about what's wrong, do something constructive & help to make it better!

Club Conduct
HKRC Committee, Staff & Members are here to enable the event to run, hopefully as smoothly as possible and make your race environment as best as we can.
However, the following will not be tolerated at this event
1. Bad or abusive language
2. Threatening or intimidating behaviour
3. Unsportsman like conduct
4. Damage to property
5. MSA & Club rules (& SR's) not being adhered to
I.e. Leaving / Disposal of old tyres on site, Riding scooters or bikes etc. either on Saturday or Sunday between 9am & 5pm
Offenders & party will be asked to leave the event immediately & may be banned form the club. Members / drivers are responsible for their crew, helpers, family & friends.
If you have a problem / grievance, discuss it with the designated club official or write/email to the club secretary or chairman.

These rules are in place for you & others to have an enjoyable & great day out racing! So enjoy the day!
