As we are not a corporate track we do not have the facilities to accomodate "arrive and drive"
customers, so we are unable to offer such services.

My MSA Licence hasn't arrived yet, can I still race?
|
|
You will need to contact the MSA and ask for them to supply you with a covering letter,
this will then need to be approved by the MSA steward on the day. There is likely to be a cost
for the letter if your application was delayed or if you did not leave sufficient time for the
application to be processed and sent.
Turning up with your 2011 alone licence will not be acceptable as it has expired, and therefore you
are not licenced to race or covered by our insurance. This may result in you not being able to race.
The confirmation of "licence sent" or "application recieved" e-mails/letters are also not sufficient. You must have
either a valid MSA licence or a valid coverling letter.
If you have a licence from the previous year then please bring this with you so we can at least verify
you have raced before, but this will not be suffienct for you to race with.

I've booked and paid for this entry, but I can't make it, can I defer it to the next meeting?
|
|
If the reason is genuine, then yes we can defer the entry for you, but please let us know
that you can't make it as soon as possible. There may be a small handling fee for changing
entries etc, and if this is the case then we will let you know.

Is the track open for me to test?
|
|
Due to planning restrictions the track is only open on the second weekend of every month
when the race meetings are held. A full list of dates can be seen on the
Club Events page.
You are welcome to practice but not race as long as there is space on the grid. Racers booked
in for that weekend will take precidence. You must have an MSA licence and your kart should
conform to current MSA standards and be able to pass scruitineering.
3 day events may be entrant-only testing, so please check before arrival

My Club/Organisation would like to use your track
|
|
As much as we'd like to utilise the facilities for varying activities, due to planning
restrictions the track is only available on the second weekend of every month
when the race meetings are held. Even if you're not planning on being noisy or run long days
we are unable to use the track. This is something we are continually working on and hope
that sometime in the future this will be possible.
