   September race meeting-13th/14th -4

Final plans for the September race weekend are completed in readiness for the 9th round of the 2014 HKRC Club Championship. Competitor entry around 190 indicates another busy weekend for HKRC and hosting a super 4 round for both 250 and KZ125's. Site opens at 9am on Friday 12th September. If anyone wishing to practice only you must call the information line for availability. Circuit one will be used with a three heat and final race format. Proceedings start on both days at 10am. Some pitbays are available for weekend hire so check at race control . Prebooked parking in the main paddock only.. some bays will be empty as competitors will be arriving on Sunday. Please park considerately around the site to ensure clear road ways at all time if emergency support is required. Free parking and camping is available around Stow corner and Willows side of the track.

Closing date for the September race meeting the ninth round of the 2014 HKRC Club Championship including a hosted round of super 4 is midnight of the 6th September. We are unable to accept late race entries. Using the on-line system allows for your race entry to be logged and entered before the closing date. Access to site is from 9am on Friday 12th September.For any drivers wishing to practice only, please contact us first. Main paddock area is for reserved and pre-booked pit bays only. Free parking is available on the willows side of the track allowing overnight camping if required.

Only 4 days away until closing date and the on-line system is indicating a good response for all classes. The most effecient way to confirm your entry. Both practice and race day can be paid together. HKRC welcomes the return of the super 4 series after a two year absence. Circuit one will be used over the weekend and the race format will be three heats and a final for all classes. Super 4 competitors only will have one heat late Saturday afternoon. For drivers wishing to practice only, please check that there is grid space available. Main paddock is for competitors with booked pit-bays only and on the willows side of the circuit, free parking and camping is available. The Saturday and Sunday proceeding will start at 10am. Site opens Friday 12th September at 9am.
