With a considered successfull November race weekend in which most drivers listened to the request to review their approach to racing standards resulting in an overall clear weekend of major issues. This approach by all must continue and contribute to a positive end to the 2014 race season. In some classes 2014 championship points are close and changes in the top of each table could still change in the last round of the year. Two heats and a final will be the format for the December weekend. 9.30am start for both Saturday and Sunday. The site will open at 9am on Friday 12th December. On-line entry is now fully established with over 85% of the competitors using the system for the November race weekend. Practice only is available for compeititors, but must confirm before the race weekend. A reminder that 2015 pit bay enquiries are now being taken. In addtion the 2014 Club Championship presentation evening enquiries are also being taken for January 17th 2015 - the evenings event to be held at the Sharnbrook hotel. Weekend information will be updated on the website by the end of this week. closing date for the December race weekend is midnight of Sunday 7th.

With race entyries CLOSED and preparations in place for the 11th round of the 2014 HKRC Championship with gates opening at 9am on Friday 7th November we have a competitor entrance of around 180. Practice and race day start at 9,30am on track and we will untilize as much track time as light permits. Sunday race day will stop for 11am for all to congregate on the start/finish line for Remembrance in partneship with the 379TH Historic Society. There are some pit bays available for hire for this weekend and if any driver wishing to practice only must call 01480 212210 for spaces and grid availability. Pit bay requirements for the 2015 season are being taken this weekend so we have confirmation by the end of the season. We now have a waiting list of interested competitors. HKRC and the MSA have disscussed the concerns raised over the past two months and in partneship with all competitors unecceptable driving standards are not to be tolerated. HKRC look forward to a safe and enjoyable weekends track time for everyone.
